Clasp Repair
Stress takes place at the point where the clasp joins a necklace, causing significant wear and tear to that area. A damaged clasp can be fixed by lubricating the hinge, bending it back to its original shape, or rebuilding any broken components. If your clasp is damaged beyond repair when you bring it to us, we can replace it from our wide inventory of new ones. New clasps are soldered onto your existing chain, which is then polished back to its original shine.
Chain Repair Costs
The cost of chain repair and clasp replacement depends on a variety of factors, including the material of your chain (e.g. silver, 14K gold, 18K gold), the type of chain (e.g. cable chain, curb chain, Cuban link chain), and the number of areas that need to be soldered.
